1	Software

This typeface software (”SOFTWARE”) is the property of Masterfont Ltd.,
B.S.R 2 Bldg., 1 Ben-Gurion Street, Bnei-Brak 51201, Israel. Its use by
you is covered under the terms of an End-User License Agreement
(”EULA”). By downloading this SOFTWARE, you agree to the terms of this
EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use
this SOFTWARE.

This SOFTWARE consists of three Hebrew fonts in Windows TTF format:

.	Frank Ruhl WD 
.	Frank Ruhl WD Italic
.	Frank Ruhl WD Bold

This SOFTWARE is a property of Masterfont Ltd. which is protected by
international copyright laws and copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.


2	Server License 

The fonts are free to download to the users of the database
«Gesamtkatalog der Wiegendrucke» (GW)/Union Catalog of Incunabula under
the conditions of this EULA. 

The user of the SOFTWARE has to identify himself/herself by his/her
name and email address. The user will use the SOFTWARE only for
non-commercial purposes within the framework of the GW-project and will
not pass them on to third parties.


3	Usage

This EULA grants you the following rights:

You may install and use a copy of this SOFTWARE, provided that each
copy shall be a true, unmodified and complete copy, including 
copyright notices of the Masterfont Studio Rosenberg, and shall be
accompanied by a copy of this EULA. 

Copies of the SOFTWARE may not be distributed for profit either on a
standalone basis. The font software can only be included as part of
your client access to the «Gesamtkatalog der Wiegendrucke» (GW)/Union
Catalog of Incunabula.


4	Modifications

You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or create derivative works based on the font software
without Masterfont Ltd.'s prior written consent.


5	Copyright

The font and the accompanying materials are copyrighted belonging to
Masterfont Ltd. Unauthorized copying of the product even if modified,
merged, or included with other software, is strictly forbidden.


6	Disclaimer and Limited Warranty

Except as expressly provided above, the product, is provided “as is”.
Masterfont Ltd. makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Masterfont Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
consequential, or incidental damages arising of the use of or inability
to use the product.
