Anm. 1. Die Lagen A und B (Bl. 136—149) mit dem „Mixed Life“ sind dem Druck offenbar später angefügt worden, weshalb sie in verschiedenen Exemplaren fehlen. In ihnen sind weder Kolumnentitel, Marginalien noch die zeilengroßen Lombarden verwendet, auch ist der Satzspiegel etwas kleiner.

Anm. 2. Bl. 135 (s 5) mit dem Impressum findet sich auch am Ende des „Mixed Life“ in der (dann sieben Blatt umfassenden) Lage B als Schlussblatt.

Anm. 4. Mit der Einrichtung der Ausgabe hatte der Drucker offensichtlich Schwierigkeiten, so finden sich mehrfach einzelne Wörter oder kürzere Textpassagen unter dem Satzspiegel, auch wurde die Lage m fälschlich als k bezeichnet (z.B. im Ex.New York MorganL u. San Marino (Calif.) HuntingtonL von alter Hand verbessert).
