Display of Images in Full Size
The work catalogues ‘Jacobus de Voragine’ to ‘Zwickau’ generally include pictorial material — specifically reproductions of the 33,000 pages of what is known as the GW Manuscript. The pages, with an original size of around 180 mm×220 mm, are scanned with a resolution of 120 dpi and a 24-bit color depth (True Color). They are stored in JPEG format.
Each image is around 850×1040 Pixel² in size and is displayed in a separate window. You can move the image around inside its window, as described in
Overview.
You can print the image using the key shortcut CTRL+P. Make sure you have selected landscape format.
To close the window, simply click on the symbols at the top right or left. You can also do this with the key shortcuts CTRL+W and ALT+F4.
